Manual Therapy
Manual therapy, or manipulative therapy, is a physical treatment primarily used by physical therapists, to treat musculoskeletal pain and disability, it mostly includes kneading and manipulation of muscles, joint mobilization and joint manipulation.

Electrotherapy is primarily used in physical therapy for relaxation of muscle spasms, prevention and retardation of disuse atrophy, increase of local blood circulation, muscle rehabilitation and re education electrical muscle stimulation, maintaining and increasing range of motion, management of chronic and intractable pain, post-traumatic acute pain, post-surgical acute pain, immediate post-surgical stimulation of muscles to prevent venous thrombosis, wound healing and drug delivery
Dry Needling
Dry needling, also known as myofascial trigger point dry needling, It involves the use of either solid filiform needles or hollow-core hypodermic needles for therapy of muscle pain, including pain related to myofascial pain syndrome. Dry needling is mainly used to “treat” myofascial “trigger points”, but it is also used to “target” connective tissue, neural ailments, and muscular ailments.
